Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Guests & Noise:
Registered guests only. Please respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties.
Smoking & Vaping
Outdoors only – ashtrays provided.
Pool Time
Open 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. No glass in the pool area, proper swimwear required, and please keep noise at a friendly level.
Energy & Comfort
Turn off all lights/appliances when not in use, including the coffee machine. Keep windows closed when the A/C is running (including the bathroom window).
Towels & Linens
Avoid staining items (nail polish, hair dye, sun oil/cream, tattoo ink). Damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. Hang wet towels to dry – don’t place them on beds.
Security
Always lock the doors and windows when leaving.Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
Safety
Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits, fire extinguisher location, and any safety signage. Report any damage or safety issues immediately.
